Payment and Ordering Shipping Store Information
Can I return my purchase for a refund if I don't like it?

All refunds will not include shipping amount.
Please enclose with your return a copy of your invoice with a written request of what actions 
you would like us to perform (ie:refund) and your contact phone #.
***note orders have to arrive in our facility no later than 7 business days after approval.  
items arriving after this date will not be honored.



Can I exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

To make the exchange procedure much more efficient and the process smoother.  
Following these instructions.

1. To process an exchange please purchase and pay for the item you would like off our site to secure the item you want.   
2. Return the item you will like to us.
	 
 please enclose with your exchange a copy of your invoice and write the words 
"credit" if paypal was not used please provide inform us of type of payment used.
        
3. Once we receive your item we will refund the amount due less the shipping cost to you. 
***note refunds usually take 7 business days after item is received in our facility.

Can I return my purchase after 7 business days if I don't like it?

If you exceed the time frame permitted to process a refund, 
upon approval, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.  
If you decide to do so you may send them back to us.  


If send a check when can expect my order?
There will be a 3 business days hold, from the time we receive your personal or company checks for clearance before
we ship out the order.
 
US customer: 2-3 days
Canada/International customer: 4-10 days 
***note, transit time may take longer if orders are held by custom.

Can I pay with my credit card?
If you would like to pay with a credit card, please contact us by phone at (626) 281-1977 and have ebay
item # available. For security purposes, do not email us with credit card information.


Can i cancel my bid or purchase? 
There will be a $5.00 reposting fee charge for any cancellation of bid or purchase.
If you would like to cancel you order, inform us with the ebay item# and payment method.
Please include ebay item# and reason for payment. (ie: ebay#xxxxx, cancel order)


How do I combine my orders?
If you would like take advantage of the free shipping, on the 2nd pair or discounted shipping on
additional pair promotion. 
here are the instructions...

1.  proceed with the buy-it-now function or bid 
    on the item 

2.  once all items are complete or have come to an      
    end inform us via email that you will like to  
    check out.  we will proceed to combine the 
    invoices and send a copy to you.  you may 
    receive invoices automatically from the
    ebay system, do not proceed to pay unless 
    all items that you have ordered are on that
    particular invoice.
    
3.  issue payment with paypal, credit card (please 
    call our office to process at 626-281-1977 
    9-6pm pac. time), send money order, cashier 
    ck, official ck, personal ck.
    
   *note personal checks will be held for three    
    days for processing

I see a pair of shoes that I like, but I want them in a different color/size?
If you do not see the color or size of shoes in our ebay store
Please contact us with your inquiry.

Can I extend my payment date?
We allow up to 7 days extension from the time the auction ends upon request. Request must be made
within 48 hours from the time the auction ends. If you do not receive a request for payment extension
within the given time, we automatically send a dispute to ebay.

I need to change the shipping address on my order?
If you need to change the shipping address on your order, please email us the address change before paying for 
your order.
 
If you have already paid for the order but need to change the shipping address, we will try our best to make the changes but
we can not guarantee the adjustment.

I live near by, can I pick up my order?
We don't offer local pick ups.  However, we do offer a local customer discounted shipping rates of $7.00 for shoes and $11.00 for boots.  
Please let us know if you would like to do so when your auction has ended.

When will ship my order?
Our standard processing time for orders is 48 hours after your payment has cleared.
