Terms and Conditions

Bidding - This auction is only for the size & color listed on auction page.

Correcting / Altering Items on Orders - There maybe a charge of $3.00 for altering orders after the auction has ended.  If you 
                                        would like to retract from you bid, please contact us before the auction has come to an end.
                                        If there are corrections that need to be made to the order please don't pay for item
                                        until you receive email confirmation from us that the changes have been made

Canceling Orders -  There will be a 15% charge for all canceled orders.  

Domestic Shipments - Will be shipped according to your paypal profile address

International Shipments - Will shipped according to your ebay profile address.  myhotshoes is not be responsible for 
                          customs duties / taxes.

Outdated Addresses - Myhotshoes isn't responsible for shipping charges for non-deliverable packages due to old our outdated address

Shipping Address Changes - If there are any changes to be made please inform us before paying and get confirmation that
                           address has been changed.  

Unclaimed Packages - Myhothoes will not be responsible for reshipping charges in the case of any item not being claimed or 
                     picked up for at the post office.

Unpaid Items - Items unpaid for 10 days will be sent to unpaid item dispute.  We understand that sometimes our customers may
               come into a bind with their finances, feel free to contact us regarding payment extension due dates.


***NOTE all items are subject to availiblity.  For changes that need to be made please don't pay for item until the changes have
   been confirmed failure to do so will relieve Myhotshoes from any financial responsiblities incurred from reshipping charges.
