RETURNS

MyHotShoes.com prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 21 days of receipt. Simply fill out the return form on the back of your invoice and send us the items you would like to return/exchange.

EXCHANGES

MyHotShoes.com is happy to exchange your merchandise for another size or even another item of equal or lesser value. We recommend that you give us a call to hold the item you would like to exchange for. This will ensure the availability of your item before your original merchandise gets back to us. In addition, we cover the outbound shipping of your exchanged item. That you way you are not charged for shipping and handling twice.

Returns will be processed upon within 1-2 business days of receipt and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will be credited to your card or account. Please keep in mind that it takes 7 to 9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.


REFUSED PACKAGES, MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION, or INACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com

Returns that qualify for free shipping promotions are subject to a restocking fee of $7.95 and will be deducted on refunds.

We do not accept returns on costumes. You may exchange for different size only. No exceptions.

We will gladly accept returns within 21 days of delivery on sample sale items for store credit. Simply complete the return/exchange form and ship items back to us for easy return. Unfortunately, shipping cannot be refunded. Refer to information above for more details.

SHIPPING METHOD AND PROCESSING TIME: In most all cases orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Items that are special ordered may have longer processing/shipping time but will be noted in the listing.


Listed below are the transit times according to the shipping method and can vary depending on item, destination, weight class or shipping method selected. In the case that there is any grey area for the shipping, Myhotshoes will take the liberty selecting the best method of shipping that benefits the customers.


Example: Customer selects UPS ground with a PO box address we will automatically ship with USPS since UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
