RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

Domestic Return

• 1. To return an item please contact our office via email or AOL instant messenger at MyHotShoes within fourteen business days of receiving your item.
• 2. Email myhotshoes@gmail.com or contact us through Amazon's email system to request an RMA # & give reason for return.
• 3. Once an RMA # is issued write the RMA #
• 4. Send item back using the carrier of your choice.

International Return

• 1. To return an item please contact our office via email or AOL instant messenger at MyHotShoes within seven business days of receiving your item.
• 2. Email myhotshoes@gmail.com or contact us through amazons email system to request an RMA # & give reason for return.
• 3. Write RMA # on the box including your name & address.
• 4. Send item back using carrier of your choice to:

Exchange Domestic

• 1. Follow the return procedures.
• 2. Once the item arrives we will ship the item out according to your request.

Exchange International

• 1. Follow the return procedures.
• 2. Purchase item you would like in place of your original order.

- Refunds will be processed within three business after receiving the item. Domestic orders will be refunded in full. International shipments refunds will include the item w/ a prorated shipping refund of 50%.

• **NOTE all items that are in worn condition or have been used will not be accepted for refunds. request for rma #'s after the fourteen business days will not be accepted.

Customer has 7 days to make payment on orders.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Correcting/Altering Items on Orders There maybe a charge of $3.00 for altering orders after the Amazon item.
Canceling Order There will be a 15% charge for all canceled orders.
Domestic Shipments/International Shipments Will be shipped only to your confirmed Amazon address.
Outdated Addresses My Hot Shoes is not responsible for shipping charges for non-deliverable packages due to old our outdated address
Unclaimed Packages Myhotshoes will try to contact customer to reship the order.

• **NOTE all items are subject to availability. For changes that need to be made please don't pay for item until the changes have been confirmed failure to do so will relieve My Hot Shoes from any financial responsibilities incurred from reshipping charges.

SHIPPING

Domestic Standard Shipping Orders All standard shipping items will be shipped UPS Ground which has a transit time of 1-5 business days in some very rare cases up to 7 business days.
Expedited Shipping Orders All expedited shipping items will be shipped USPS Priority which has a transit time of 1-3 business days in some very rare cases up to 5 business days.
International Orders All International orders will be shipped USPS Priority ( United States Postal Service ) which has a transit time of 6-10 business days. Items which are combined may or may not be shipped in it's original box for efficiency.

Most shipments will include the original box, in the case that the original box isn't available your item will be shipped in supplemental box.
